Program Overview Woodlawn Diversity In Action (WDA) Youth Entrepreneurship Program designed to empower youth aged 9-13 with entrepreneurial skills, critical thinking abilities, and a problem-solving mindset. This program aligns with WDA’s mission to nurture creativity and innovation among the youth in the Woodlawn community while fostering leadership, confidence, and business acumen.

1. Equip youth participants with foundational entrepreneurial skills.
2. Inspire creative problem-solving by identifying community or global challenges.
3. Guide participants through the development of business concepts addressing these challenges.
4. Build confidence and self-expression skills to empower participants to excel in all  areas of their lives, including:
   • Speaking up in school for classroom assignments.
   • Effectively communicating within their households during distressed situations.

         5,  Enhance presentation and teamwork abilities through collaborative project work.

 Each week, participants will engage in a 1-hour interactive session.  

 Introduction to Entrepreneurship and Problem Identification.

 Solution Development

 Crafting a Unique Value Proposition

 Understanding Unfair Advantages 

 Customer Segments and Channels 

 Key Metrics and Revenue Streams  

 Final Presentation
